Everybody sees the attitude, particularly from Ron, the owner. A bit officious, a bit condesending. I didn't realize that others also see the employee discord. I thought I just happened to go in when he was having trouble and had to witness what should have been behind closed doors. But three different times? How many employees does he go through? Seems like every time I go in, there is someone new. \r

Given all that , though, he has an amazing selection of glasses and does a great and thorough job of suggesting, customizing and fitting.\r

Styleyes on J Street has a good selection too, and none of the attitude. But the knowledge of everyone but the top guy can be spotty.
