I was recomended to Factory's for my engagement ring from a friend. My fiance' and I had shopped all over ( Shane Company, Jerrod's etc.). A really nice woman named Stacie helped us. We were blow away by her knowledge and professionalism. The quality of the pieces we saw was amazing and if they do not have what you are looking for they can order it or customize something. I can not say enough great things about the customer service, attention to detail and the price! They by FAR exceeded our expectations and I can honestly say this is the ONLY jewlery store we will ever do business with in the future! Can't wait to see what I will get next :)
