If I had to do it over again, I would of chosen elsewhere. I think this company believes since they are the only well drillers in town, they can do as they please. Customer service is the worst by far I've ever dealt with. Lack of respect is their top problem. I paid their $7000.00+ bill promptly and still they treat their customers like we are at their mercy. Nine months after having the well installed, we still have problems. Most companies do not call you AFTER 9 am in the morning, but not this company. They will call you at 6:30 am and want to come right then. No advance warning. If you want rudeness, lack of respect and customer service, this is the company for you. If you are looking to be treated better, keep looking.
