Let this be a fair warning to newcomers. I purchased a door for $1400.00 and the handle broke off. The contract states lifetime Warranty for any construction defects on the door or hardware. After 2 hours calling, finally someone picked up and explained the problem. They said that it will be $200.00 for the visit plus parts. It's been five days now and still no one has contacted me. I dare for you to call (305) 805-0522 and have someone answer the phone. I'm now going to small claims court.
