I read the reviews from 2 unhappy customers and I'm not sure what restaurant the 2 reviewers were talking about but they must not be talking about Hofbrau Steaks in Porter, Tx. i eat there often and it's VERY clean. It's a family owned and operated business. The staff wears jeans and company shirts and they are super friendly. The food is excellent - the chicken fried steak is awesome! The steaks are large and flavorful and prices are reasonable. It's THE place to go for great hill country cooking in this area! I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
