I would give this business one star but the training is good. The teachers do a great job and take time to listen and help learn the trade; however the owners are shady to say the least. There was allot of press on the owner in regards to her assault on a student but it is the comments to these articles that shed light on what really goes on. The school will market that there is 98% successful placement but this is well over the truth, in my class of 13 only one was placed. The turnover at Starkey is staggering to say the least especially in placement. I would say to people looking to attend here, you may be in debt for years without any hope of employment, know that the marketing to promote this school is mostly fluff. Read the articles from the press in Denver and the comments, if I had I would not even consider attending this school, it is a nightmare.
