I am now 2 months past my plastic surgery for neck and lower facelift, chin implant, upper and lower eye blepharoplasty. I have begun to sag again in my jowls and have noticed that my chin implant appears off center. Up to now Dr Carlino and his staff have been great, but I have not addressed my concerns. It took me almost 2 years to interview and pick a plastic surgeon. Even though Dr Carlino was the most expensive, I went with him because he was very approachable, had been in practice many years yet not too many, (ready for retirement) seemed knowledgeable and I couldn't find anything negative about him in my web search. The Specialists Plastic Surgery office was beautifully decorated, meticulous, and seemed furnished with all the latest equipment. The staff was professional and helpful. My surgery staff and the operating room couldn't have been more accommodating and comfortable. The anesthesiologist was an expert. I do look better, but feel I have loosened up way too much.
