I have been going to Minter Vet for about 20+ years now and have never experienced a more sensitive and caring group of people! A couple of years ago I had to have my wonderful dog put down due to cancer and soon I will be facing the same nightmare with my beloved cat-the sweetist creature God ever created! Being a nurse I am not overly used to doctors with patience and feelings but Dr.Irwin is the best- and also very knowledgable.He explains things and options so they are easy to understand and does not try to get you to hurry off the phone or out the door...hard to do when things are busy! His staff are the same way and I really am so grateful for all of them! It broke my heart to read the review from that poor person and her cat who were so unspeakably abused by that staff member...no wonder no-one else seems to remember her -she was probably ""CATapulted"" out of there on her a__ when her true colors revealed themselves! Thank-you again so much everybody for all you do!!!
