They were able to fix the band of my great-great grandmother's engagement ring and still preserve the initials inside. I had the ring back within a week, in time for my wedding that weekend. Their prices are very reasonable, and everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable. They also have a beautiful selection of estate jewelry, if you are interested in something unique. I can't say enough good things about the business. (They even offered to stay a little past closing so I could make it in to pick up my ring that day!)
