This is my third apartment I have lived in... and I would say this is the best so far. Its not perfect but its an apartment. Im wondering if any of the other poster have ever lived in an apartment. It is a small size studio- but its perfect for one person. Im a CSU student and this works perfect for me! I just live there during the week and travel home on weekends/holiday/and summer. I just have to pay my rent and dont worry about any other bills. For the price I dont think you can beat it. My only complaint is some odor in the hallways.. but I guess what else do you expect with a bunch of college kids?!
