I bought a pedini kitchen in 2007 and I have experienced the worst service ever. It took almost 2 years from the order to get the kitchen finished. Any now an then I would need a piece to be replaced and it takes at least 6 months to get it fixed and most of the times they do not even acknowledge me, so I have to repeatedly call and email to get an answer. Even if the product is very nice, I would highly suggest you to buy your kitchen somewhere else. I gave a one start just because it was IMPOSSIBLE to give a lower rate. They would deserve minus 5.
