After using this business numerous times in the early and mid-90's, I was excited to find out they were still around. Boy, do I wish they had gone away before I got involved with them again. Worst. Service. Ever. Failed to deliver repaired amplified speaker needed to DJ a wedding when promised. They blamed it on manufacturer not sending parts even though I was told when I dropped it off that it ""shouldn't be a problem unless we have trouble getting the parts"". I think to myself, great, they'll let me know if they have a problem getting parts. When they didn't call, email or in any way attempt to contact me to tell me that they failed to complete the repair in the time it was promised. I was left to scramble to find a replacement. The owner, Peter Wells - a cranky old fart - hanged up the phone on me when I tried to pin him down on why they couldn't be bothered to inform me that they weren't going to deliver. Bottom line, if you aren't in ANY hurry at all, don't mind getting jerked around, lied to, ignored, hung up on or otherwise treated like crap, feel free to use this ""business"". Otherwise, find yourself another option and save yourself a lot of aggravation and wasted time. PETER WELLS, you are a ROTTEN, DESPICABLE JERK!
