I am very disappointed with the poor customer service I received from Bay Bakery and looking at the reviews I see that I am not the only person who has received poor customer service. Megan was not very compassionate about the wedding cake order and I hope there can be some type of customer service classes offered so that in the future she can communicate to customers better. It doesn?t matter if someone?s wedding is six months away or 2 weeks away the customer should feel comfortable speaking with employees at Bay Bakery and I didn?t feel comfortable or welcomed at the Bakery. Please speak to your employees about the way they speak to customers. Words are powerful and so are recommendations! I am truly disappointed with the customer service I received at the bakery. more
