I was hesitant to rent from them when I saw all the other negative reviews but I'm glad I went for it. They have been great since I moved in 6 months ago. Whenever I have a concern, no matter how small, they stop by to address it the same day. They have been very friendly and very accommodating. They just replaced my refrigerator even though the old one was working (it just was really old and smelled funny). When the fence to our yard was broken they fixed that immediately. When we had a hot water issue they worked really hard to address it. I've been really pleased with their service and friendliness.
