The Free Consultation person was nice but did not consider important factors. The installer, a contractor, noticed that there was a problem but did not say anything. Instead he told me they provided 2 extra strips (? HUH?) After he left I noticed that there were 2 broken clips so he could not attach the strips. Also I can't open the door more than half way or the remaining strips get knocked off. The windows were not installed correctly but the consultant did not tell us that when a window has a hand crank they must install it differently!!!! So I went to court and won. The company refuses to respond to the court document! So buyer...please be aware!
