It was the worst thing my dog has ever gone through. My Teddy Bear puppy, Uno, came home with spots that were bleeding. Multiple Cuts/Knicks. He was not washed nor were his ears trimmed. He looked terrible. When I called to talk to the owner, turned out SHE groomed him. She did not let me finish my complaint. She yelled at me and tole me "To listen to her and SHE was talking now!" When I attempted to finish my complaint she hung up on me. The entire conversation took less than 35 seconds! They hurt my baby and made him bleed and I am not happy!!
