San Paloma in Austin, TX is the most incompetent apartment mgmt I have EVER dealt with in my life!!! For starters all of the staff has screwed things up since I moved in Feb 2011 and they never want to take the blame for their errors nor apologize. The entire staff needs to seek other careers as they are not suit to work with the public with their ugly attitudes. I will tell everyone from the mountain top to NEVER rent here. I will make it my personal vendetta to sabotage this properties name and reputation. They take your money then act as if they never received your rent then put eviction notices on the door and leave ugly messages on your phone with out even checking to see if monies have posted to your account. My 12yr old niece can run an office 100% better than this group of women. How hard is it to record rent?!! They are impossible and super RUDE!!! This message will go on every website I can find that rate properties!!
