THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
We booked a birthday party for our child with a down payment A MONTH IN ADVANCE
BUT because ARNOLD'S was so busy that day they couldn't accommodate us.
The party only are allotted 2 hours and we waited an hour and a half for our first ride.
Most of the rides were defective!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kids at my party were crying.
There wasn't even enough food at the buffet to feed the kids when we tried to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I complained to the incompetent management said "well we are open to the public".
They couldn't understand why I was upset. Afterall I just paid $500 for a party that was a disaster.
I called the head manager for about 3 weeks after. Never received a return phone call back. Then I spoke to some imbecilic 12 year old manager who hung up on me when I was issuing my complaint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I never received a refund or an apology.
Once they have your money-FORGET ABOUT SERVICE!!!
