Great location, reasonable prices but POOR customer service!!! I was at the store a month ago. I have an adorable pet. Got the food they recommended but my pet didnt like or touched it. I took it back, they didnt take it back. They didnt even offer to help me. Its OK but the people at the register had a fresh attitude and as a customer I felt unhappy. The store might have its own rules but the people who works there is rude. I wont go there again. Make sure you treat your customers right. You never know who shops at the store and in this bad economy you might lose many customers. Thank you!
