I tried to return a item purchased 7 days ago with a receipt and was not the item was non refundable. Asked why and was told its posted . I said there is nothing on the receipt that stated that, plus the signs posted in the back said only hand tools and military surplus were non refundable and this was neither. I was told it does not matter. This is very poor customer service. I will not be back. more
