First, Blackstone was recommended to me through my insurance company after an accident, so I took it there to get an estimate which was $4000. Secondly, I was told I would not be charged storage. I asked repeatedly and continued being told I was not being charged. Finally when I called to say I wanted to take my car out and asked how much I owed them, I was given the total $297. I expected that, so fine. Three days later when calling to say I was having it towed out that day, I was all of a sudden slapped with a $650 fee for storage that I was TOLD TIME AND AGAIN was not being accrued. Last, but not least, they lost the keys to my car. I watched the ever so rude Jessica toss them into a basket FULL of keys, and now they say I never gave them.
Finally, my car was taken out and received a second & third opinion with a new estimate of $2000 TOPS for repairs.
These guys are rude, and will find ANY WAY they can to STEAL your time, energy and money.
