I fell in love with a Lazaro gown and the sales associate was very nice. Two months before my wedding my gown came in and it was THE WRONG GOWN! The owner said it was too late to order the right one and said I looked even better in this one, but it was not the one I paid for or wanted. She didn't offer any solution and didn't bother calling the designer for the right gown! She wanted to charge me $400 for alterations too! I went elsewhere for alterations for $75. I was stuck wearing a dress I paid a fortune for and that I didn't even want! I should've just gone to David's Bridal.
