My Mom dies in 1999 at the age of 91. This funeral director was down right rude . He refused to provide a kneeler , he also did not provide chairs for my brother and I ,therefore we stood for the entire funeral, we are a family of 5 plus spouses and he would only provide 4 chairs. He called my Mom and old lady, yes I know she was 91 but she was still my Mom. Respect is definitely not in this mans vocabulary.. I'm sure there are other funeral parlors that show the proper respect to the family and the deceased.
