I was seen at the ER for IBD symptoms and referred to Dr. Flax. After speaking with the receptionist, I would never go here. Feeling terrible already, no person should have to deal with this while trying to call a doctor for help. I was told by the nurse at the ER to speak directly with a nurse at the doctor's office, the receptionist DENIED me to speak to a nurse in regards to an emergency appointment. The next appointment would be in a week and a day, ridiculous! Totally uncaring practice.
