Beds are never available, wait is long. Staff would rather talk among themselves and stand outside and smoke rather than help customers. They refused to refund unused month of my two package when I ask for a refund due to the wait times everytime we went in. Not once or twice but every visit we tried at 12:45 1:00 and 1:10. I explained when I signed up each time that lunch was the only time we could come if it was very busy for her at that time I could not do it. I would have to find another place. Always told we would be good at the time. This was the third year I used them. The place has just went down hill. They have to many people be allowed to use 10 minute beds for 20 and 30 minutes. Will never go back for another package with them. Would warn anyone else to stay away also.
