Bad, bad haircut. Lauren did an awful job and salon refuses to reimburse. My layers are very unven and can not be fixed without cutting more of my length. Lauren did not even bother to measure the layers on both side to make sure that they are the same length. Plus, I ended up with a ""layer"" in the middle of my head, which I see every day and can't do anything about, it is very short and at the spot where I don't have any layers. If you love your hair don't go to Lauren. You'll end up with a bad haircut and will not get your money back.
