For a salon that prides itself on client service and the quality of their products and services, the have really fallen short of their goal lately. I went in for a Signature Pedicure and my feet were soaked no longer than 2 minutes before she started exfoliation. When she worked on the nails, she only cut them. She did not even attempt to work on the cuticles. The polish was sloppily applied and I had to take it off at home, it was so tacky looking. The entire procedure took only 25 minutes and I am very disappointed in my services. I will definitely find somewhere else to go for similar services in the future. It is a shame since they used to be an exemplary salon.
