I've used Roto-Rooter in the past with no problems. However last night was a different story. First instead of showing up in the 3 hour window that I was given, he was late, very late (supposed to arrive between 8 &11p.m.) arrived @12:15a.m. I got over that knowing they can get busy and I did get a call around 10:45. However when Dave #27-1642 came to the door, he was unkept, unprofessional and out to make all the money he could by offering things that I know I didn't need. This Dave #27-1642 tried to sell me some bull-crap pakage for $711. I HAD A CLOGGED LINE, that's all. He went on and on until I told he to save it. Then to top it off, when I went into the garage, he told my wife that he couldn't get the knockoff out the pipe (to run a snake) and that it would cost another $15. It's amazing how fast he got it off when he heard the door close (me coming in the house). I've used roto-rooter in the past with no problems, but since they now have people like Dave #27-1642 working for them, the next time I think I'll call somebody else. Thank God we weren't some elderly couple. Watch out people!
