Let me just say that if you live in the Tacoma Wa area and are looking to find an apartment DO NOT rent from these people! I have lived here now close to 4 yrs and the service is less than desirable. They have an after hour number to call for current tenants if they have an emergency.. well this is what you often get either you don't hear from them or when they do call back you will get things such as, "Can you put a towel in front of the window and we will have someone out first thing in the morning rthere is little we can do tonight about it", or can you put something under the sink to catch the water as all management at the Rainer's game but we would have someone out first thing in the morning"... well Ok so I follow instructions there first thing in the morning idea is like anywhere from 2pm and 4pm.
I have lived at Cypress Cove near 4 yrs now and I am planning to move out this summer as soon as I can secure the financial means to do so. It is ridiculous that one should have to deal with the same problem every year for near 4 yrs with the promise it will get fixed which there attempt to fix is a joke... So if you know what is good for ya you will not move into these places and from what I hear all of Con Am properties are like this
