NOT TRUE. I can't sit here and tell you that I have tried many different Sushi Restaurants; but, I can tell this is a very good place to have sushi. I'm not a cook, never studied culinary arts, I do not work at Imperial, I do not do business with this restaurant, or worked in an establishment like this. I do know food and this food is really good.\r \r This restaurant will cater to your needs if you would like. If you prefer to have a certain ingredient in your sushi roll, they will accomadate this. People who eat here can also create their own sushi roll. \r \r The sushi rolls are made like any other sushi roll I've had. The rolls don't have ""hug(e) chunck(s) of cucumber in it"". They have small sized ingredients in their sushi rolls. They also put the wasabi on the side, a few inches away from the sushi rolls.\r \r The shrimp sushi rolls that I received were deveined, tasty, and fresh. And by the way, the cooks did not snack on anything while I was dining there. \r \r When I started going to Imperial Cafe, they had lunch specials that feature the favorite rolls at half the price. I don't know if they still do since recently I cannot get their on time for lunch.\r \r I've never tried Aka, but if you work there or are receiving compensation for promoting their restaurant, you should rethink your strategy. It's not good form to lie about the competition. more
