I must agree with the other reviews on here. The manager is the WORST person that I have ever had to deal with any where I have ever been. I guess thats what happens when you let your job take over your life. From what I have heard, may not be true but makes sense, is that Ricky Lee used to be a regional manager for Regional and is now somehow back to being a branch manager??? HMMMMM. I am thankful that I do not have an account with them. I can't speak for any of the other branches and if you have problems and call the district office the regional will call you back and he is the nicest person to deal with. But as far as Ricky Lee, he has to be a miserable man. He will also tell other people your personal information which I am sure is illegal to do. You are not stuck with dealing with Regional for financing or loans, do a little research and RUN to another company!
