This is the worst experience I've ever had with a florist. I Went with this place because of all the positive ratings and it was the only place whose website showed Sunday delivery. Website clearly states ""Days for which delivery is unavailable do not appear."" The flowers never showed up on Sunday and the intended recipient had left town by the time the arrangement arrived on Monday. I called the shop and spoke with the owner to find out what had happened, and how she would rectify the situation. I have to say that this was one of rudest and most ill-mannered people I have ever spoken to. She was unbelievably condescending and patronizing, and blamed me for not reading a separate part of her website that says ""We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays."" When I told her that her website says ""Days for which delivery is unavailable do not appear,"" she told me I should have read the rest of the website. I told her that she should at least refund me half of my money, and she got an even nastier tone. She ended the conversation by saying ""I'm going to go back and pick up the flowers, and refund your money,"" as she proceeded to hang up on me. 10 minutes later, I get a call from the daughter of the intended recipient, saying that someone is there to pick up the flowers. I asked her to put the man on the phone who showed up at her house and I heard him say ""I don't want to talk to him. He doesn't want to pay so I am picking up the flowers."" This put me in a very uncomfortable position, and it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever heard of. If I could give less than one star, I would. For everyone intending on using this florist, just remember that if something goes wrong, don't expect them to be accommodating.
