The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Owner agreed to do a part for me that would take less than an hour, EIGHT days later, it was in the same spot I left it. I called numerous times, left messages, and never heard anything. I had to go down to the shop and ask what the deal was. The guy behind the counter looked at me blankly and said ""I dunno"" when I asked why it wasn't done, and ""I dunno"" on how long it would take. He never even TRIED to say anything else, apologize, or check and see when it could get done. Needless to say, took it to a shop a few miles away and it was done in 45 minutes. What a joke.
