Don't make the same mistake so many others have made by moving in here. The front office or Management are amongst the most incompetent, sleezyest, and scandalous liars on earth.
The crime rate in this part of town is off the charts, not to mention if you live there you get to be surrounded by Megans law sexual offenders and perverts
The county jail is just a few blocks away, so when the criminals get released, lucky for you they are just a few streets down
The maintenance crew are incredibly offensive and rude.. to say the least.
The women in the front office will lie through their teeth to get you to believe whatever they are saying, or to simply get you to shut up and go away.
If you enjoy having your things stolen and your car broken into, then this is the place for you.
Just to be able to park in one of the 250-plus parking spots on the property, a person has to pay an addition $100 on top of their rent since in an effort to squeeze every last penny out of everyone that lives there, Capitol Towers also prefers to sell its parking spots to the businesses around them
If I had it to do it again, I would sooner put my hand through a meat grinder than live in this Horrible Community.
