When I called to set up initial color service, I asked for the most experienced color expert they have. The website boasts of having many years of hair coloring experience. Young hair stylist/colorist put red/orange highlights that were unwanted. Asked her to correct when returned for follow-up foil visit. Stylist tried to correct twice but failed. She actually made the red/orange color worse. Don't come here for beautiful blonde hair. Very disappointed.
