So unprofessional. They leave the water running to the pool when no one is home, show up with a big gulp drink and cigarette in hand, leave your pool looking like a swamp but then lie and say someone has been servicing the pool. Steer clear of these people unless you want your money to go in the garbage every month and your pool to be very unusable.
