RIPOFF!!! I took my car once here. Manny did an OK job. A year after, I took my other car in for a small front crash, what a mistake. I took my car in back on December 2010 and they told me it would be ready in a week, after a week I went to pick up my car and they had just started to work on it. Since I needed it, I pay them $500 (total cost of repairs) and brought it back two weeks after in January 2011. They kept the car for another week and did not work on it (in the mean time they kept receiving other cars). I needed my car again and took it one more time for a week. I talked to them and asked when would be a good time to bring it in since they were so busy....they said next week.....brought it in and they said ""we are too busy now, next week"". A week after I brought i and they said ""We are too busy"". I told them that I would leave it anyway and to work on it before any other new jobs since I had already paid for the entire repair. A week after (Now February) I come back and found out they didn't even started working on my car....i has been parked in the shop for a week. The entire time Manny has been too busy to even answer my calls or talk to me. At that point I took my car back and and ask Manny's secretary to tell him to please give me my money back or I would call the cops. He never called me back...... I am now taking my car to be finished on another shop. Save yourself some hassle and find another shop.
