This was the worst hair experience of my entire life. The stylist turned my hair orange and I was there for 7 and1/2 hrs. It is still orange at he roots. One of the woman who worked on my hair was extremely rude to me and made me seriously uncomfortable. There are some nice people there but the whole thing isn't worth it bc you could get one of the terrible ones. To top off the entire day the owner of the salon lectured me on my behavior like I was a 10 yr old bc I was obviously upset about my hair. He clearly felt defensive bc the people who worked for him made the mistakes and he didn't know how to handle it. They offered to try and fix it but there is NO way I would ever go back to that salon again, not even for free. How they are still in business is beyond me. WORST hair experience of my life.
