We reserved a room at this Best Western for a Walla Walla wine tour. We called to cancel the reservation 3 days before the date. The manager would not reimburse us for the room. She told us we had to pay the first night. I called corporate and they told me that it was totally up to the hotel and that she would give them a call for me. Corporate put me on hold and called the hotel and asked her if she would so kindly reimburse us. Corporate got back on the line with me and said the manager will still not refund us and she is sticking with her decision. I feel the manager of this hotel has no morals. You pay for services and goods and in this incident we did not receive any services and called and gave them more notice than most places require. We had to cancel because my girl friend is very ill. And yes, it is not a cold. Think twice before staying here or not staying here. In other reviews people were unhappy about all the noise. There are better place around there to stay trust me, we go down there often.
