When I got my dog a little over a year ago I immediently looked for the best to feed my new puppy. I read many reviews and wanted to try a certain brand of dog food but found it difficult to locate. On that particular brand of food I entered in the zip code to see if there was a store in my area.
I found The Dog's Meow and it was actually only less then 5 minutes away from my house. I decided to go over there to get some food and try it for my new puppy.
Everytime I go in there I fill judged. The customer service is horrible and I fill like if I ask a simple question they act put out and don't want to help. I also fill like they are watching you and if you don't hurry up and buy something they act annoyed like they would rather not wait on customers.
It had been a few months since I have been in there because I have been avoiding this place like the plague. I started ordering everything online..I decided to give them the benifit of the doubt and was hoping things changed and they might be more customer friendly and helpful. I decided to go in quickly and I so REGET giving them my time or my money. Neither one of the girls wanted to help and both sat at the front with a sour expression on their face.
I left feeling frustrated and discusted. I refuse to go back. Not to mention I won't be recommending this place to anyone.
Because I was ordering everything online,I didn't know where else to go.. Then I came across Ma and Paw's Bakery and will never change. They offer EXCELLENT customer service and are WILLING to answer questions about anything and everything. They also have a great new location!
The great thing I like about Ma and Paw's Bakery is if there is a particular brand or flavor they will set up a special order for you..I am sure The Dog's Meow would, but I am sure they would act annoyed doing so.
Bottom line Stay away from The Dog's Meow it's not fun to be treated this way, maybe they should learn to treat people with respect instead of sticking their noses in the air.
