I called this company at 8:50pm in order to be at the airport around 10:00pm. After 10:30pm, I called them again and said "Nobody has picked up on the call yet". ***No taxi ever showed up, forcing me to make a change in my own travel plans costing me $$$.
Note: This is the same company as "Mears"... don't be fooled by the different phone numbers. The representative made NO APOLOGY and specifically stated that they "Make NO Guarantees" that they will be able to pick you up. I had to hang up while the woman kept yelling at me on the phone.
