I called them and asked if they looked at birds. I was planning on getting a budgie and was looking all over.
The receptionist who answered asked me to hold, and I did so briefly.
She was extremely polite and very gentle. While I haven't received care from them, I may try them.
I asked if she could direct me to another hospital.
And she did, which was very polite and thoughtful of her.
