My daughter bought me a promo package for Christmas. I was skeptical because of some bad reviews but went ahead with it (last Friday, Feb 25). Either the bad reviews were exaggerated or they (the salon) took them to heart and addressed the issues because we could not have had a better experience! The receptionist (Brianna) was very friendly when making the appontments and explaining what was included in the promo and was equally so when we got to the salon. Ernest was my stylist and he was very helpful in helping me pick a style that would suit me. I only went with what was included in the promo and he explained that he would only be able to do but so much with only 6 foils but there was no "hard sell" to get me to do more than I wanted. The woman who shampooed my hair (I neglected to get her name) did a wonderful massage while shampooing. Ernest gave me a great cut and I couldn't have been more pleased! When he was done I said I wished I HAD gotten more than the 6 foils and that I would definitely come back. I didn't book "day 2" when I made the initial appointment and they were booked for Saturday (and I live 5 hours away) but I will definitely go back for the facial , manicure and massage.
