Took my son to see Dr. Scholl for regular and profuse nose bleeds. The other reviewers gave a good picture of Dr. Scholl--his abilities and quirks--and I will say he fixed my son up just fine, BUT we waited over an hour past the appt time to see the dr. No ""Thanks for waiting,"" apologies, or acknowledgment from his staff or him.
So, 30 mins before the next appt. I called and asked if they were on schedule. They put me on hold to check, and then told me that they were not behind today. We showed up on time and AGAIN waited for an hour. Unacceptable.
Waiting that long for a scheduled appt is a pet peeve of mine. (1) I freelance, so time is money. (2) I had to take my son out of school for the appt and it fried me to have him miss classes with his demanding schedule to sit idly in a drs. office. (3) I had to pay for the extra wait time in parking garage fees.
I would never recommend going to this ENT office unless you do not mind waiting and waiting to be seen...and from our experience and the cavalier way the office treated such delays, it must be a regular situation.
