I am a long time customer here I waited over a hour ,when I walked in the lady's at the front dest were busy eating and the phone was ringing,finally a lady named Deb came to (help) me but when we got to the back I got the felling I was bothering her. I went on a Sat. for vaccine day but don't think I'll be going back she took it out on my dear dog and that is going to far.Dr. Craft is great but he needs to overhaul his staff
