This was my first encounter with the chain of salons. While the front desk receptionist set up an appointment for me later the same day I walked in, my experience upon returning was not what I'd hoped for. With a new stylist, I've always had kind inquiry and positive if not warm interactions. The stylist with whom I was assigned said she had 16 years of experience, yet she made zero attempt to get to know me. While she did ask about my level of hair care and we did discuss my style opts, it was the coldest interaction I've ever had, in a stylist's chair. While a semi-good cut was given, my curls were straightened after I had asked for an easy-care style that would enhance my natural wave. If you're looking for a friendly stylist, perhaps another stylist or salon is what you need.
