I was researching online where to go around Chicago to get the best quality diamond for the best price, and I came across some great reviews for Wedding Bands and Co. I made an appointment online and let them know the size, cut, and price range of the diamonds I was interested in, and Oscar Valencia got back to me promptly and I came in a few days later. When we got there Oscar greeted us very warmly and made us feel very comfortable, and so did everyone else. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to get in terms of band and setting so picking one out took less than a minute. Then we sat down at his desk and he pulled out diamond after diamond for me to look at and compare to one another. He was more than happy to explain everything I asked and had so much knowledge about every little detail I was curious about. He pulled out loupe and other tools to show me imperfections and really let me decide which diamond was right for us. The price was great, I really feel like I got a fair price on my ring. I went to a couple of other stores to compare and they all had a very small selection of not so great quality diamonds, the experience seemed impersonal and more like a negotiation. Also others didn't have a good selection of settings, and said the one I wanted needed to be ordered (even though it was a very classic solitaire setting), so I knew I Wedding Bands Co was the right choice.
