THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE TO WORK WITH!! My dad went to jail for some tickets he didn't take care of when he was out of work. He just got a job and he HAD to be at work the next day or they would fire him. We explained the situation before going to their office, and they promised they could take care of it. They kept us waiting for over an hour, then promised and swore and assured us they would have my dad out that night. We paid them $300 and 5 hours later they still hadn't sent the lawyer or posted the bond. We called their office over and over all night to ask what the hold up was & they were the rudest and most disorganized people I've ever dealt with. They kept us on hold for almost 45 minutes and kept asking what we were calling for. I guess they were hoping we'd hang up and just forget about it. When Marco finally took our call, he said there was an e-mail glitch (translation: we didn't do our jobs.) After all of that, my dad still wasn't released because his tickets weren't ... If you're a professional and you do this for a living, why wouldn't you tell someone that before taking hundreds of dollars from them?!?! What a load of crap!!!!! Now we have to wait for a refund from the corporate office which could take up to a week - meanwhile, my dad is going to lose his job because these idiots will promise you everything and deliver nothing! DO NOT USE COWBOY BAIL BONDS! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
