Worse and rudest customer service I have EVER experienced. I'd give zero stars if available.
I wanted the strap repaired on my Omega Seamaster automatic and was told my watch was ""falling apart"" and needed a $430 service despite it working fine and being in excellent condition for a 10 year old watch. When asked what the sevice entailed I was told it would include ""gaskets and oiling."" When I questioned the extent of the service and the priced I was told to 'just take my watch"" as the assistant held it between thumb and first finger like a piece of dirt. I promptly walked out of the store and went to Duetsch & Duetsch who confirmed my watch was in excellent order and needed a simple strap repair. Steer clear of this place.
