It appears that Dr. Vasquez has become quite popular. So popular that when I arrived for my first appointment I was met by 20 people in the small waiting area. The receptionist was friendly...but told me that an hour wait was to be expected for any visit...including those booked well in advance. She said ""we always run behind"". I'm not sure why the doctor is even taking on new clients if they cannot see the current ones in a timely manner. Why would any doctor have both a family practice and do cosmetic procedures as well??
Serve your current clients well and stop taking on new ones!!!
